What you'll never find in the fine print
These aren't add-ons or higher tiers. They apply to every plan, because the absence of surprise charges is the product.
No surprise weight charges
Dimensions freeze at booking. Any weight charge raised more than 7 days after delivery is auto-waived — written into the ToS.
The price shown is the price charged
ODA, fuel and volumetric surcharges are resolved before the label. No invoice-time shocks.
COD in D+2, on a live ledger
Standard remittance in two days with a per-shipment countdown and an auditable double-entry ledger.
No lock-in, ever
Full export APIs and webhooks for everything. Leaving is easy by design.
The real cost isn't the sticker rate
Cheap labels get expensive at invoice time. Here's where the money actually leaks with a typical aggregator — and where it doesn't with us.
| Where cost hides | ShipFlux | Typical aggregator |
|---|---|---|
| Platform fee to start | ₹0 | Varies / plan-gated |
| Weight-discrepancy exposure | Auto-waived after 7 days | ₹500+ per raise, weeks late |
| Quoted vs billed rate | All-inclusive at booking | Fuel/ODA/volumetric added later |
| COD remittance | D+2, standard | ~D+7; faster = paid add-on |
| Leaving the platform | Full export, free | Export friction as retention |
