You may use the platform to book, track, and manage shipments through our integrated courier partners, subject to these terms and applicable law.
Wallet & billing
Shipping charges are debited from your wallet at booking. Every debit links to a shipment and a reason code you can audit. All-inclusive rates mean the quote shown at booking is the amount charged.
Weight disputes
Dimensions are frozen at booking. Any weight-discrepancy charge raised more than seven (7) days after delivery is automatically waived. See the SLA for details.
Data & export
Your data is yours. You may export it in full at any time via our APIs. We do not restrict export as a retention tactic.
