Indian e-commerce logistics is huge, growing, and quietly extractive. We're building the opposite: transparent by default, a joy to integrate, and obsessed with the one metric merchants care about — a healthier P&L.
ShipFlux started from a simple observation: the incumbents' worst reviews aren't about price — they're about surprise charges, delayed COD, and support black holes. Those aren't bugs in the model; they're part of it. That's the opening.
So we built a courier aggregator where the quote is the invoice, COD lands in two days on a ledger you can audit, weight disputes are auto-waived after seven days, and returns are actively prevented instead of silently absorbed. And we built it API-first, with a sandbox that simulates the failure modes nobody else does.
We think the aggregator that's easiest to leave is the one merchants never want to. That's the whole strategy.
